I have played using this app for 7 years and never had an issue with the phone battery. In the past couple weeks, it drains my battery like you wouldn’t believe. I haven’t changed any features, except to delete a bunch of puzzles. I really don’t want to uninstall as I have a lot of puzzles on my account. Any ideas?

A jigsaw puzzle is a jigsaw puzzle. The final straw for me is putting ads not only before and after a puzzle but in the MIDDLE of the puzzle.

I have used this app for many years. I loved it until recently I complete a puzzle, an ad come up and you cannot get out of it without closing puzzle and not getting credit for completing it. I am on my iOS latest version as well as this app’s latest version. I have tried different days and it’s always the same - the ad is for a search for dog treats. Please fix so I don’t have to find a new puzzle app.

I've had this app for awhile now and it worked fairly well. I have bought a lot of puzzle packs over the years. I open the app today to do a puzzle and almost all of my puzzle packs are GONE. Puzzles I paid money for. Some are packs you no longer have. I'm pretty ticked about this. I don't even really like the packs that are left and I'd like some new ones, but I'm not about to fork over more money if I know my packs may disappear again. Oh, and speaking of forking over money, what about those coins? What are they even good for? NONE of the packs I want can be bought with coins. One more thing I noticed today is that every one of my "puzzles in progress" went from 1024 pieces to 400 pieces, and the progress was not saved. And I had a lot of them saved, so this is really irritating. >:(

I used to love this app so much, but with one of these updates, I can no longer listen to music or podcasts while working on the puzzles. Almost all of the ads on the bottom of the cause any music or app playback to stop. And if you hit play again, it will stop again 5 seconds later as soon as a new ad pops up. It’s super annoying. And I can’t figure out how to prevent the ads from interrupting my music. Marking the ads as unwanted or saying that they are blocking content doesn’t help.

Love the puzzles. Don’t even mind the interruptions with little ads but recently it started opening a browser page sending me to an advertisement telling me I’ve been hacked. This is the only app I have that done this. Don’t know if you have control over this, if so please fix.

I’ll start with a positive: at least someone reversed the very ill-advised “you’ve completed 11% of the puzzle” now you have to watch another ad practice. Good. Because that was a new level of obnoxiousness. Now we’re back to the same lameness plaguing this app forever, which zillions of people have complained about, where the standard response is to reboot,etc. YOU CANT SEEM TO RUN YOUR ADS WITHOUT THEM FREEZING PLAY! Pardon me, but if this is your business, can you not figure out how to run your banners AND allow play at the same time? Isn’t that a reasonable standard expectation? Your app consistently struggles to load ads, to start ads, and…freezes in between ads, all while play is stalled. Of course you could do better. You obviously won’t. Why not just establish a quality standard that ads must be able to run without impacting play? Is it really that hard? It’s really shameful and disappointing you don’t care that your app performs so poorly.

How do we change the side bar color? Need more background colors! Fix these problems and you will have a great product!!!

I recently purchased several puzzle sets. They did not automatically download, although I have that function turned on. What can I do to fix this? This is the best I’ve downloaded. Every aspect of jigsaw puzzle play has been addressed. Is there a way to view all my completed puzzles? Thanks.

I genuinely love this game but for the past week every time I do a puzzle a fake ad pops up which takes me OUT of the game and into safari saying there’s a virus on my phone and I must take action now. Only happens with this game and it happens MULTIPLE times while I’m playing. It’s frustrating.

I love this app for doing puzzles. I do not love this app for customer service response. For the past month, I have not been able to open the app—it won’t get past the loading screen. I contacted app support to see if they could provide a fix, even without all the details of my account, since I can’t get in. They were unable to help me, which is understandable since they have no details. I’m not sure if they only work one day a week, since each time they email me back, it’s been six days since the previous email. I asked when they thought they might be updating the app, he was unable to provide a timeline for that. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I used to love this app and I play it every day, multiple times a day. I don’t like the ads and they take forever and sometimes you can’t even get back to the puzzle which is so frustrating, but I can deal with those. However, I will not continue to play unless the malicious spyware ads stop. I noticed within the last few days that if I’m at the very edge of the puzzle either trying to get a puzzle piece or put the edges in place, I get redirected to a website saying my phone has multiple viruses and to download the information. I know these are fake and I’m shocked and disappointed that your app is allowing this to happen. I have read sites that these people are paying you to put these sites on the app. But as an app that says it’s for all ages, you shouldn’t be allowed to do that. What happens when someone who doesn’t realize those sites are fake clicks on it? Are you okay with someone being scammed so you can make some money?! And don’t respond with we need more information because I’m not giving you any. You know it’s happening because you accepted money from these companies. Again if it doesn’t change I will be deleting this app. I know you won’t care because I’m only one person, but I’m hoping other people read this review and think twice before giving this app a chance.

the game is going good as usual BUT while playing every 5 mins i am getting redirected without pressing anything to another server saying that there is a security alert

I’m not sure what’s happened but recently it’s been cutting my audiobooks off. Today it started opening a browser page, spitting me over to a scam “advertisement” telling me I’ve been hacked. It ONLY happens when I use this app.

These puzzles are fun, fun, fun. There are lots of good free puzzles, as well as sale puzzles, and the daily puzzle. Highly recommend!

They deleted my account and then today I had to login into the game and when I kept trying to login I quit but I still kept login in until I found another jigsaw app

I find this app kind of addictive; I like the variety of puzzles, but hate the mind-numbingly boring and tedious ads. However, today I deleted the app when I completed a puzzle and saw the title: “Mount McKinley.” (For some reason, you have to finish the puzzle and then watch an ad before you can read the label. Sometimes the title tells you the place, but annoyingly often it just says something vague like “Beach at sunrise.”) So anyway, Trump simply announces he is renaming some geographic feature, like the Gulf of Mexico or Mount Denali, and then cowardly sycophants fall all over themselves to obey their fearless leader. So I said no.

Getting frustrated with the puzzle packs. I am not seeing or getting all the puzzles in a pack. It doesn’t matter if I buy a pack or it is free. There can be 20 in a pack & for some reason I only get 10 or so. I have gotten one that should have 5 puzzles & I only get one. Fix this problem. I have contacted you & told you about the problem. I even sent screen shots. I uninstalled & reinstalled app. Nothing worked. This is no longer relaxing as it used to be. Fix this, I need to relax. I am a stroke survivor & need fun relaxing things to do.

Love the puzzle and play it daily, but your new pop up ads at the bottom are preventing me from seeing the whole puzzle piece. Super annoying and time consuming. This is also a problem on your Bubble Shooter game. Will leave a review there as well.

I have been doing your puzzles on my iPad since 2013. You’ve made some changes that have made the game a real pain to use. It’s difficult to move pieces into place. Instead of the piece moving, the whole screen moves. Sure, you can lock the screen, but then you can’t make the picture bigger or smaller. You have to lock, unlock, resize the screen, over and over. It’s wasting a lot of time, and it drives me bonkers. I wish you cared.

Right now, it takes too long to finish a puzzle, and having to turn and turn around each piece to find where it goes. SOOOO, no need to buy new puzzles, since a 5 minute puzzle, my usual, turns into a 10-18 minute pu zzle to complete. AND…now you have turned off the minutes reading at the completion of a puzzle. So not buying any new puzzles packs, until all returns to normal.

The creators of this puzzle game make available several options for completing the puzzles. They also provide a wide variety of puzzles to purchase, as well as provide some free puzzles, at least one each day. They provide events which allow a person to earn puzzle packs and coins. Unfortunately, the coins are not very useful. You can use them to purchase some puzzle packs but they do not vary the packs available for purchase with coins. Once you have purchased the puzzle packs you want from those available for purchase with coins you have no further use for the coins. Since they are continuously coming up with more puzzle packs, they should find some way to make all puzzle packs available for purchase with coins for those people who have earned coins.

What the fork! How dare you require me to watch an ad to play a puzzle I PAID for!

Your in game instructions and your review response is incorrect. There is no “contact us” option only chat. (This is on my iPad Pro.). When I select chat it opens with an old closed chat. The chat displays two options (1) yes they helped and (2) no, I need to talk to someone. I selected option (2) because the suggested articles did not apply to my situation. Nothing happened. The screen refreshed but the info displayed did not change. OLD - Most of the adverts have a mute button. But recently (maybe 6 months) one brand of adverts does not have a mute button. I don’t mind watching the adverts…I JUST Don’t WANT TO LISTEN TO THEM. I play several times per day, frequently in situations where I don’t want people to know that I’m not fully engaged or that I am in a public place or in bed with my husband trying to sleep. I could not find a way to report this to the program developers. I tried various links but none were for reporting this situation. So I am posting this here in hopes that someone will do something about it. Otherwise I will have to find a new puzzle program. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Did not realize that the Display "zoom" function was going to adversely affect my apps. I suggest a note in the in-app help section mention that "zoom" will limit the number of pieces a puzzle will have when installed on a device with larger screen. Why I was unhappy: I've been using this app for years. Started with the free version on my iPhone4 & quickly paid for it. Updated my iPhone6+ last night to iOS 9.0.2 (or what ever the latest version is), now today's free puzzle maxes out at 100 pieces--not the 225 pieces I'm used to.

I just exited the puzzle again because l couldn’t MUTE the ads. They are LOUD SO EVERYONE knows I’m doing something STUPID on my phone. I don’t want to mute my whole phone.

I am a senior citizen and I love working these Jigsaw Puzzles. They are so beautiful and a variety of sizes of puzzles to work.

I love this app. The free daily puzzle feature is one of many that make this so worth having. My only request is that after thousands of accrued coins, I would like more purchases to be available for earned coins. Perhaps after earning a certain number of them? Keep up the excellent work!

This app has so many ads! Every 10% you fill a puzzle it makes you watch an ad! Very annoying 😡

Was fun for a long time but the last two days have been inundated with intrusive ads and popups. Now deleting.

This game is fun dont get me wrong, but the ads are starting to really tick me off. Tell me why i just got a pop up saying “puzzle is 70% complete watch ad to continue”???? Absolutely crazy. I tolerated the watching ads to continue after locking my phone or leaving the puzzle, but this??????? Absolutely NOT

first off, this was not relaxing at all because it kept pausing my music and i would have to leave the app to turn it back on, and second, the description says free but there’s only like 5 that you can do that are actually free and there are many other puzzle apps that have all of their puzzles free so just get one of those.

I played this game for over ten years with no problems. Had to restore my ipad andnow ive got ads designed for six year olds. How do i get my ad free version back.

Out of the available free jigsaw puzzles but I have tried this one is the best. I would, however, prefer to have more nature scenes that do not involve human structures or people, just nature.

I like the number, the variety and the colorfulness of the puzzles. The updates are phenomenal. With more GB than any other app could I be addicted? I hate folk art!!!

This was a good puzzle app. But for some unknown reason they decided to limit the puzzle and toolbar and tray positions.. ruined the experience. Will be delegating this app

I really enjoy putting the puzzles together, what I don’t enjoy is playing the contests and then not getting any part of the reward because I was putting a puzzle together at the payoff time. Their idea of the timer is a joke because it will say 1 day left for 2 or 3 days and 1 hour left for hours.

The ads are intrusive. And non stop. It is difficult to locate the free puzzles. The pieces can be difficult to move from the tray to the puzzle box. I am on the verge of removing this app even though I just got it today. Could pay some set amount which I could not determine and it is unclear how long the set amount last. No indication is given - a day, week, month, couple of months, a year. Don’t know. Just put this information on the app so we know what we are buying. Not interested in having to look through the EULA, which I did and it was vague at best, to find the cost.

I do not want free puzzles! Usually, I can x out of these offers but I cannot do that with the holiday free puzzles presently offered. I can’t even work on my puzzles. Update: Now I have to download scavenger puzzles I DO NOT want in order to play my puzzle? Please do not force us to download puzzles we do not want!!! This is so irritating I’m thinking of finding another jigsaw puzzle app.

It would take hours to list the benefits I derive from MobilityWare's Jigsaw Puzzle app, they are That many. And if I did go that route it would likely take readers of such a list at least an hour to read it. The present state of planetary affairs calls for using time more productively than that. So for now I'll just mention that of late I've been appreciating this app's developers for coming up with temporary Challenges to do in addition to the app's original set of static Objectives. So helpful as doing jigsaw puzzles is to solving all kinds of Life's problems, and meeting deadlines being such a frequently recurrent one, another near-constant one being finding new ways to stretch shrinking free-time and shrinking income, I feel mighty grateful this app's cocreators keep Jigsaw Puzzle free to download, free to fully enjoy every feature of, inviting, positively stimulating, and rewarding.

I was trying to buy puzzles with coins and it says I have to be logged into my iTunes account. What does that mean? I’ve never had to log into an iTunes account.

This is by far my favorite game ever. If you like to do puzzles, this app has thought of everything to make it great. The puzzle packs are not too pricey but I wish there was the option to always use coins instead of cash to purchase new packs

The game screen does not look correct. What is wrong with it? When I get a new icon, I do not see it. I have nine so far and thought it would fix itself by now. Has no one else reported it?

I really enjoy the puzzles. I am an old white lady but I would love to see more cultural diversity in the packs. The people pictured in the packs are mostly all white. Also I would also love to see a pack which featured beautiful snakes from around the world. I keep a snake and really like them. This Is a AMAZING game!! You should really download it I have never seen a bug in the game super fun and a time killer! I do not believe it needs WIFI but there are adds 🤧but not in The middle of a puzzle 🧩 witch is great and when you are looking for a puzzle only before and sometimes afterwards

Love my puzzles. Love that you can scatter pieces. Do not like any new puzzles that have pieces around edges . Leave my puzzles alone. They save my sanity.
